Job openings at open source scientific software company

Hi fellow CSLUGers,

I'm hoping that no one considers this spam, but I wanted to let you all know
that my company, Enthought, is currently hiring. We are a small scientific
software company based in Austin, TX, focusing on developing open-source
software in Python. Among our open-source efforts are the Scipy package
and a kitchen-sink-included distribution of Python for scientists and
engineers. We also sponsor an annual conference on scientific computing in
Python at Caltech. For more info or to download our code, check out
http://www.enthought.com.

We are looking for scientists with software skills, and software developers
with a strong background in math, the sciences, and finance. (Most of our
developers actually have degrees in physics, math, EE, etc.) We are also
interested in interns and co-op students with these backgrounds, so we
encourage talented undergraduates to get in touch with us.

Again, I apologize in advance if some people consider this off-topic. In the
past, I've found that some of the most clueful software and IT folks, across
many departments and disciplines, are on the CSLUG list. I also figured that
Enthought's commitment to open source would jive with CSLUGers.

Please email me if you are interested or have any questions about us!
