[OT] E-Mail and iPhone

Hi All,

I apologize for the off-topic post, but I thought maybe someone on this 
list might know.

I used to used Apple Mail and have about 2.2 GB of mail there.

I converted it to Thunderbird using EMailchemy. No problems.

Now I am considering an iPhone and want to go from Thunderbird to Mail 
on the iPhone. It is an 8gb iPhone so there is enough space.

Has anyone done this?

How do nested folders show up?

Can you still have incoming rules to put specific mail in certain folders?

Someone told me you cannot send pictures via SMS from the phone? True? 
(My fiance and I send sill pictures back and forth all day...)

Any thoughts are appreciated as my Fiance wants an iPhone too and I dont 
want to spend $800 on 2 phones to not get close to what I want.
